Well, first of all, I added TwitterLit to my Twitter account. (which I haven't accessed in weeks, but I do have a friend who is quite addicted to a couple of celebrity feeds... and keeps up with her extended family.

I have actually tried to keep up with my LibraryThing account... tried meaning I have probably entered about half the books I've read. I haven't done too much with it socially. My goal is to enter most if not all the books I've read and tag them for personal and school reference.
