Thing 13

For now iGoogle got me, because I've already set up my RSS feed, docs, and other things in my account. With all of the great big world wide web, it's appealing to be able to have a bit of a one stop home area, like del.icio.us is a one stop for portable bookmarks. Google gadgets were also mentioned on the lists of the productivity links in the directions. When I read about some of the gadgets, it made me wonder about privacy.
Again with the Google. The features on the Google Calendar are cool... but my schedule just isn't that terribly complicated. The nice thing about the calendars is being able to coordinate several family members or work schedules from any location but at a common spot.
Now lists... that's another story. I love lists! I'm trying Remember the Milk because the interface was cute, and it said it worked with Google Calendar. They also sent me an email address so I could email things to my list. It appeared that the subject line is the key factor here. I have been emailing and leaving voicemail to myself for years, now all of those emails can get organized by going straight to my list.
I did not try Backpack. It looked like you had so subscribe and pay... and with all of the free gadgets out there...I just don't know how productive I can stand to be. :-)
